I am more than happy to write this letter of reference in regard to Rebecca Leuck. I had found Rebecca in the local directory and did a little background on her company and there success. I placed a call to her and she was more than happy to come out and speak with us.

The one thing that impressed me about Rebecca was her willingness to meet and to share with us ideas about our home. Rebecca gave us good advice and put together a timetable for us. We spoke with her a number of times on the phone, and she came out to meet with us. When we had finished the renovations on our home we contacted Rebecca and listed our home with her. There was no one else that came close to what she did. She had gained our trust and respect and showed she had our best interest at heart. She listed our home and in 3 days we had a buyer. We were ecstatic. It did not stop there. Along the way Rebecca stayed in constant contact updating us weekly on what was going on in addition to coming out and meeting with us. We finally closed and were able to move on to our new place in Texas.

In this era of aggressive, pushy people we found in Rebecca that she did not exhibit any of these traits. Under no part of the journey did we feel any pressure to do something we did not want. In my opinion as also my wife’s, I would use Rebecca again whether I was buying or selling and have recommended her to family and friends. I did not feel like this was a business transaction but of one that she felt like she was part of our family.
